About the Job

Hubstream is hiring a Technical Writer to create engaging and user-friendly documentation for web and mobile applications.

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.

Work Profile

• Writing user-friendly and intuitive copy for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency in tone and style.
• Developing comprehensive help articles, step-by-step guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Crafting concise release notes to highlight new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers to align content with user needs and product objectives.
• Maintaining and updating existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Staying updated on industry trends and UX writing best practices.
• Exceptional writing skills with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
• Proficiency in translating complex software features into simple, user-friendly content.
• Excellent command of the English language, with an emphasis on grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
