KheyDigit is hiring a Technical Writer.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience (minimum 3 years in telecom).
- Experience working with Telecom OSS product companies.
Work Profile
- Develop technical content for telecom products, including Enterprise Access Points, Home Mesh Routers, and 5G Fixed Wireless Access CPEs.
- Write GUI and CLI documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support.
- Create documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the networking domain.
