Teamware Solutions is hiring a Technical Writer.

Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 4+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent
3. Proficient in DITA and XML authoring tools
4. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
5. Proactive with the ability to work independently on multiple assignments

Work Profile

1. Create high-quality content for enterprise software aimed at professional and technical audiences
2. Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of the technical content
3. Maintain consistency in content style and ensure content aligns with brand and product goals
4. Develop documentation for SaaS products and technical solutions
