About the Job

Kaara Info Systems is actively seeking a highly experienced UX Designer to join the team.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Service Design, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or a Behavioral Science discipline.
• Experience: 7+ years as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with participation in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched web and/or software applications.
• Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing direct contributions to similar enterprise software products. Proficient in UX design-related software and tools like Sketch, UXPin, Figma, etc.

Work Profile

• Develop user experience designs that encompass deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Conduct research and user testing to create designs that effectively meet user needs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Create a range of design documentation and tools such as journey maps, storyboards, service blueprints, task flows, diagrams, wireframes, specs, and high fidelity prototypes.
• Establish and apply design systems and standards across projects, promoting consistency and reuse.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure the faithful implementation of designs.
