Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with animation and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Knowledge of video formats, compression, and delivery standards.
• Experience with sound design and audio editing.

Work Profile

• Edit video footage to create engaging and polished final products, including promotional videos, social media content, and other multimedia projects
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and vision
• Utilise editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects) to assemble footage, apply effects, and ensure a cohesive flow
• Incorporate audio elements such as dialogue, sound effects, and background music to enhance the overall quality of the videos
• Maintain and organise video files and assets, ensuring proper archiving and backup procedures
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates to continuously improve editing techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
