About the Job

Seven H Studios is hiring a Video Editor.

Eligibility

1. Graduate in Video Editing, Filmmaking, Design, or a relevant field
2. 5-7 years of experience as a Video Editor, Video Specialist, or similar role in the media industry
3. A complete portfolio depicting the works undertaken so far
4. Solid experience using video editing and GRFX software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
5. Creative thinker and excellent time management skills

Work Profile

You will be required to assemble and edit recorded footage and convert it into finished products that match the director’s vision. Responsibilities include:

1. Capturing high-quality photographs and videos
2. Trimming footage segments and combining sequences of the film
3. Making an overall video brand messaging strategy
4. Preparing rough and final cuts for the videos
5. Inputting effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing
6. Inserting music and necessary sound effects into the video clips
